Senior Pastor

The Senior Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader of the church. The successful candidate must have excellent speaking abilities who can communicate relevant, Biblically accurate messages weekly. This person must be an energetic facilitator with strong organizational skills who will interact with a 5 member deacon board and numerous committees and event coordinators in planning the annual church calendar. In addition the Senior Pastor will be responsible for effectively sharing the gospel and communicating the vision of the church, as well as leading and developing the staff and lay leadership of the church.
