CrossRoads Ministry is a social justice retreat center located in Louisville, KY. Rooted in Catholic Social Teaching and in the message of gospel justice, CrossRoads offers retreatants the opportunity to be transformed through forming relationships with marginalized people in Louisville. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CrossRoads' operations, including development and fundraising, finances, coordination of retreats, management of staff, interns & volunteers, occasional retreat facilitation, and active participation at St. William Catholic Church, of which CrossRoads is an outreach ministry.
