Associate Minister for Pastoral Care

United Church of Marco Island, FL is searching for an Associate Minister for Pastoral Care to serve in the areas of pastoral care/visitation and worship. We are a thriving church with 335 in attendance in the height of the winter season. The recent growth and enthusiasm of our congregation makes this position an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a candidate with care-giving gifts of empathy and compassion, a candidate with a true heart for senior adults, a candidate who relates well to our traditional yet authentic worship style, and a candidate who embraces an assisting role in the ministry leadership of the church.
