Resident Cook/Kitchen Manager

Beacon Hill Friends House is a cooperative house based on Quaker principles of spiritual integrity, simplicity, equality, and social justice activism. We have been in operation since 1957 in the heart of downtown Boston and we are now
looking to replace our resident chef and kitchen manager. Would you like to work 3/4 time managing our kitchen and planning and preparing dinners Sundays through Thursdays, with only occasional weekend work, for free room and board, an additional salary, health insurance, some professional development money, paid vacation, and, a retirement account after the first year?
