Our congregation is seeking pastoral staff to journey with us as we seek to follow the ways of Jesus. For our congregation, this means someone who:
- enjoys the journey
- listens, challenges, and has compassion
- is an independent thinker but flexible and willing to learn
- has a broad and well-versed understanding of Anabaptism and other faith/spiritual perspectives.
It is desirable for the pastoral staff to have a degree in Bible/Religion or some seminary studies and is ready for continuing education. Some previous leadership experience with a congregation is desirable.
This position assumes that the pastoral staff will have skills, training and experience working with families and youth, a history of collaboration with other organizations, basic administrative skills, training in spiritual formation, and a passion for living God’s word joyfully, prayerfully, confidently, and prophetically.
This is a full time position. However, we are also open to a shared position between two individuals with complimentary skills.
