Associate Resident Manager

William Penn House -- a Quaker center supporting peace, equity and justice through radical hospitality and innovative social justice education -- seeks a team-oriented individual committed to radical hospitality, building community and supporting peace and justice activism based in Quaker values and testimonies to join our diverse and dynamic residential community as Associate Resident Manager.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Resident Manager, non-resident staff, interns and volunteers to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, as well as tending to the over-all well-being of the hospitality program, resident community and our historic Capitol Hill row house.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building a vibrant, spirit-led resident community and collaborating on all aspects of hospitality management, volunteer recruitment, outreach, marketing, fundraising, daily upkeep and building maintenance.  

A single room on site and shared grocery budget are included in this position, along with a salary commensurate with experience.
